- Professional Data: Resume, LinkedIn profile URL, GitHub profile URL, and other professional information you provide during onboarding.
- Email Data: With your explicit consent, we access Gmail data (read-only) to understand your professional background. You can revoke this at any time.
- Payment Information: Billing details are processed securely by our payment provider (Dodo Payments). We store only transaction IDs and payment status — we never store your credit/debit card numbers.
b) Information Collected Automatically
- Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on pages, and click patterns.
- Cookies: Essential session cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies (see Section 7).
c) Information from Third Parties
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): If you arrive via a Meta ad, we may receive your click ID, ad interaction data, and limited demographic information as provided by Meta's advertising platform.
- Apify: Publicly available LinkedIn profile data used for professional enrichment with your consent.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-powered career coaching, resume generation, and job search assistance.
- To generate personalized outreach materials and collateral presentations for your target companies.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts, service updates).
- To measure advertising effectiveness and optimize our Meta ad campaigns (via Meta Pixel / Conversions API).

3. Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Conversions API
We use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to:
- Track conversions from Meta ads (e.g., sign-ups, purchases).
- Build custom audiences for ad targeting.
- Optimize ad delivery and measure campaign performance.
Data shared with Meta may include: hashed email addresses, IP addresses, browser/device information, and event data (page views, sign-ups, purchases). This data is processed under Meta's Data Policy. You can opt out of Meta ad tracking via your Facebook Ad Preferences.

- Active accounts: We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and 90 days after cancellation.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations.

- You can request immediate deletion of your account data at any time by emailing us.
7. Cookies
- Essential Cookies: Required for login sessions and security. Cannot be disabled.
