This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on ai-jobhunter.com, operated by Spicy Labs Pvt Ltd.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@ai-jobhunter.com. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of first purchase: If you are not satisfied with the Service and have not substantially used it (i.e., you have not completed an AI coaching session or generated outreach materials for more than 2 companies), you are eligible for a full refund.
- After 7 days / substantial use: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a verified technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, we will issue a full or partial refund.
- Renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a full refund of that renewal period.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- You have substantially used the Service during the billing period (completed coaching, generated materials, initiated outreach).
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase with no technical issues reported.
- Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@ai-jobhunter.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address and reason for the refund.
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process it within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
