These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobHunter AI platform operated by Spicy Labs Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Service at ai-jobhunter.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Description of Service

JobHunter AI is an AI-powered career assistance platform that provides:

AI career coaching via voice and chat.
Automated professional profile analysis from your resume, LinkedIn, GitHub, and email.
Tailored resume and presentation generation for target companies.
Hiring manager discovery and personalized outreach assistance.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription, Pricing & Auto-Renewal

IMPORTANT — AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) at the then-current subscription price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged automatically using the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@ai-jobhunter.com — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service is offered as a paid monthly subscription.
All prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase.
Payments are securely processed by Dodo Payments.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing cycle.
No hidden fees — the price shown at checkout is the full amount charged.

5. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at sign-up along with the duration. At the end of the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
Misrepresent your identity or professional qualifications.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the Service or its underlying technology.
Use the outreach tools to send spam, harassment, or messages unrelated to legitimate job seeking.
Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on a single account.

7. Intellectual Property

Content generated by the Service (resumes, presentations, outreach templates) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial job-seeking use. The underlying AI models, platform code, design, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Spicy Labs Pvt Ltd.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee job placement, interview callbacks, response rates, or any specific employment outcome. AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before submission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spicy Labs Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request data export/deletion within 30 days of termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
